information we collect
Ear Collection does not collect personal information, audio recordings, imported tracks, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, location information, contacts, or device identifiers through Memo Track.
audio recordings and imported tracks
Audio files you select are copied into Memo Track's private app storage so the app can play them. Vocal takes are recorded and stored locally inside the app's container on your device.
Ear Collection does not receive, inspect, transmit, or store these files on a server. Files leave the app only when you deliberately use the iOS share sheet or another system-provided file action. The receiving service's privacy practices apply after you choose to share a file with it.
permissions
Memo Track requests microphone permission because microphone access is required to record vocal ideas. It accesses only audio files you select through the iOS Files picker or send to the app through an iOS file-opening workflow.
Memo Track uses the iOS audio background mode so a user-started recording or playback session can continue while you view lyrics or notes in another app. It does not begin recording without you pressing Record.
tracking and third parties
Memo Track does not track users across apps or websites. It contains no advertising, analytics, social, or third-party account software.
optional support purchase
Memo Track includes an optional support purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Nothing unlocks or changes after a purchase, and every recording feature remains available without it.
Ear Collection does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles the transaction under Apple's own privacy practices.
website counts
Ear Collection's website keeps anonymous daily totals for page loads, Signal 001 plays and download taps, and App Store link exits. The counter does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, advertising identifiers, user agents, referrers, or individual browsing histories.
These totals concern the website only. Memo Track remains analytics-free.
children
Memo Track does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else because the app does not collect user data.
changes
If Memo Track's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed version is released.
